Sent Thieves Project to some friends and buddies to beta read. It’s going to be weird to be going on break again. Oh wait, it’s NaNoWriMo. I should get back on that.

Current word count: 13,663/50,000

There wasn’t an update last week because my friend was in town. But the two-week’s update includes job hunting and finishing up a beta-reader-ready version of Thieves Project.

I still love it. It’s unequivocally mine.

If all goes well with NaNoWriMo, I’m taking December off. I’ll be a master marketer with two in-progress book projects and I think I deserve a small vacation.

Here are some things that got written this week:

• Kingdom Calling has a few cool set pieces and more on the way
• Thieves has better flow and better words
  • I’m going to love the feedback
• Cover letters
