Holidays interrupted the not-hating things. Got some reading done, got lots of graduate school done.

I still don’t hate Thieves Project. My characters are finding their way into my subconscious and I can’t wait to dive into feedback. I finished Nevernight by Jay Kristoff and I am so inspired by it.

Unfortunately, projects are preventing me from really writing with abandon. It all feels like senseless word dumps and on such a tight schedule. Once school’s over, I can have a bit more fun. I mean, more fun than is afforded

Here are some things that got written this week:

• Kingdom Calling got way creepier than I anticipated
  • A few good battle scenes
  • Some interesting (to me) reveals
• Powerpoints
• Enough Photoshop to hurt my elbow
